Our sucker rod thread compound is made exclusively for sucker rod pins and couplings. The compound contains lithium greases, aluminum, molybdenum disulfide, graphite & titanium along with other ingredients that assure proper make up and protection from back-off, gaulding and corrosion to pins and couplings. Our sucker rod thread compound is designed for lubricating and inhibiting for the pins (a different design and purpose than pipe thread compound – which is design to seize and seal pipe connections).
