Coating Information:

Fully coated fittings, last longer and reduce cost. ZPEX coating is highly corrosion and abrasion resistant, designed to stand up to the harsh environments presented by the O&G industry.

  • Fittings have coated NPT threads to combat galling.
  • Electrodeposited coating is extremely thin (1.2-2 mil) so that coated fittings can be easily fit to coated and non-coated fittings.
  • A protective fluoropolymer layer is applied on top of the electrodeposited coating to reduce friction and prevent abrasion.
